Are you insured?
We are fully compliant and have both public employers and liability insurance. Just ask for a copy.
What time can the cleaning be done?
Office cleaning is usually carried out before 8.30am or after 5pm to minimize Health and Safety issues. However we can accommodate you if you would like the cleaning done during the day.
What about keys and alarms?
We have a strict policy in place and a simple method of securing keys which we only discuss during our meeting with clients. Likewise our alarm procedure is discussed privately.
Can we contact you at any time?
Our main working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. A free phone number and out of office number is issued to clients and to staff should you need us after hours.
Do I have to sign a contract
Yes. However this only runs for a 12 month period with a 30 day cancellation notice. We would rather keep your business on merit rather than quote small print!!
How do I know the cleaner will be suitable?
We take great care to ensure that the cleaning staff who work for us have the motivation and drive to succeed. They are carefully selected from the local area, interviewed, reference checked and trained to a high standard.
How do we pay for the cleaning?
Each month a clear and detailed invoice will be sent (by email), to you or your nominated person/accounts dept. Each client is afforded a 30 Day account with a unique reference number. Our preferred payment is by BACS Transfer.
What if we are not happy with the cleaning. (Try finding this on other cleaning sites)!
Cleaning done properly is a straight forward task. But we are realistic. Occasionally there may be issues. Call us straight way and it will be dealt with no ifs - no buts..... we're on it! We will thoroughly review the issue - address it and ensure it does not happen again.
