Staff are carefully selected from the local area to the where the cleaning is to be carried out. We see local recruitment as part of our duty to help local economies and to reduce carbon emissions due to less travelling time.

Staff must go through our rigorous checking procedures before employment. This includes interviews which are carried out in their homes. Once assigned staff are fully briefed including any history on cleaning issues from past services and any special requirements from clients. Emphasis is placed on commitment, attention to detail and ongoing training and monitoring.

Cleaning Supervisors are allocated to larger cleaning schedules. They are hands on and report directly to the Account Manager.

All cleaning operatives are kept abreast of any policy guidelines relating to Health and Safety, risk assessment updates, etc. On going training is implemented to ensure best practices are followed.

Meetings and Spot Checks

We encourage monthly or bi - monthly meetings with each client to discuss any matters arising and to monitor satisfaction levels. If you are unable to commit to meetings due to busy schedules we do have planned and unplanned spot checks in place. We will keep you informed of any issues be it good or bad and the decisive action to be taken.

Each cleaning service is allocated a communications folder to enable cleaning operatives, clients and account managers to interact with each other - particularly useful for out of office cleaning services.
